My name is Mariam Nersisian. I was born and raised in Armenia. A pedagogue in the profession and having received a scholarship in the English Literature of the University of Athens I moved to Greece 20 years ago in my early 22. Although The years that followed, and the paths that I followed, led me to the endless and unlimited world of Art, and for the last 10 years I have been working exclusively with art as a painter at the same time studying the history and philosophy of Art, the history of aesthetic theories in the School of Fine Arts Arts in Greece and in various seminars and speeches. As an apprentice painter I had the shallow to have great painters teachers in Greece and also in in Italy. I received and take part in exhibitions , Biennale and other fairs competitions in Greece, in Italy in Armenia,in Netherlands where with each recognition and prize of my works I feel proud of my art and it pushes me to open up for new horizons for me and my viewer either mentally or professionally.
The main philosophy and epicenter of my art is the human existence that starts from myself and as a result or as a beginning of each work Without exception, there is the intense presence of my own emotions and of my concerns, as proof of the two-way relationship of the microcosm and the microcosm.
One of that extremely two way relationship of the microcosm and the microcosm is the relationship of human with the moon. With a slight but important particularity which shows that the moon is only one but each of us has his own window to open up to the moon and to see it with his own eyes. As a result Either it ends up with a humanity with one moon or as many moons as many members in humanity…
